2018 Acura NSX | Specs, Start Up & Walk Around

The first-generation Acura NSX (or the Honda NSX in other parts of the world), was a legendary supercar that utilized cutting-edge technologies to create a lightweight and fast track car that could compete with the likes of Ferrari and Lamborghini. Production ended in 2005 and the world waited over a decade for its return.

The second-generation Acura NSX has returned as a hybrid supercar with not one, two, or three engines… it has four.

The Twin Motor Unit’s two electric motors power the front wheels and a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 and a Direct Drive Motor powers the rear wheels to produce 573 horsepower and 476 lb.-ft. of torque.

The NSX can go from 0-100 in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 307 km/h.

In this video we’re starting it up so you can hear the glorious exhaust notes and have an in-depth look at the exterior, interior, and package options available on the 2017 and 2018 models.
