About Dilawri Book Drive for Kids
In time for the upcoming holiday season, the Dilawri Book Drive for Kids is your opportunity to give the gift of the joy of books and reading. Your contribution to Vancouver Public Library (VPL) will help to ensure children across the Lower Mainland have access to books and reading—the most important predictor of their lifelong success and happiness.
Event Details
From October 3 to December 9, help to drive children’s literacy by bringing a new or gently used children’s book to any of Dilawri’s 24 franchised dealerships in BC.
On December 11, Dilawri will be delivering all donations to our VPL Foundation partners at Dilawri Square . The donated books will become a part of VPL’s community lending library, building vital collections in daycares, schools, and childcare programs in vulnerable neighbourhoods around the Lower Mainland.
