Every Grenadier trim is powered by a 3.0-L turbo gas engine sourced from BMW, offering all the power and poise you'd expect from high-end German engineering. The straight-six engine design pushes out a healthy 282 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, feeding full-time all-wheel drive through an eight-speed automatic transmission with manual override. It’s a combination that delivers both high power and precise control to handle the most challenging terrains without breaking a sweat. What's more, the engine has been specially tuned by BMW to deliver high torque levels at low revs, providing power and control when tackling steep gradients, rocky trails, or gushing streams.

The upright design offers plenty of interior space, seating five in comfort with up to 2,000 L of cargo area easily accessed through 70/30 split rear doors. Lastly, side runners and an integrated ladder make it easy to load and unload gear, whether it's stowed behind the second row or fixed to the standard roof rails.
